We offer a fully featured 14-day free trial on all plans. We do not require a credit card upfront to start the trial, ensuring you have ample time to evaluate if Sandesh AI is right for your business before committing financially.

3. Seven-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchase a paid subscription and decide it's not the right fit, we offer a full, no-questions-asked refund within the first 7 days of your initial purchase. This applies to your first billing cycle only.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Once cancelled, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your account and features until the end of your current paid billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months or unused time.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

If there are exceptional circumstances, such as extended platform downtime affecting your business operations, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Our priority is to ensure fair treatment.

6. How to Request a Refund
